What role will you play?
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with business partners to shape and deliver future‑ready, automated finance processes. You will support initiatives from initial discovery and process design through testing, implementation and go‑live, ensuring changes are clearly understood and smoothly embedded. Your work will help connect business needs with delivery outcomes in an Agile environment, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
What you offer
5+ years experience working as a Business Analyst, ideally in banking or financial services, with exposure to finance transformation initiatives and financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting processes
Strong core Business Analyst capabilities, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, process mapping, leading business testing, and strong documentation skills gained within an Agile delivery environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear, practical and actionable outcomes
A proactive and self‑motivated approach, with the confidence to drive change, adapt to a fast‑moving environment and contribute to the ongoing development of best practice within a Business Analyst community
Experience with enterprise planning and forecasting platforms, such as Anaplan or TM1, which would be highly regarded
