• Discuss business requirements with stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Collaborate with OEMs on technical and functional understanding of the First Systemic Department (FSD) level
• Track upcoming releases from OEMs and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for signoff
• Handle Configuration Approval Board (CAB) approval process and production deployment
Functional Knowledge: CASA, OD, Term Deposit, TDS, Re-KYC, Locker, Insta-Kit, CRM, IAP
