Education : MTech or ME or BTech or BE or MCA or MSc -IT or MSc - C. Sc.
Experience : 5+ years in IT industry, 3 years in Business Analyst experience.
JD :
- Should have worked on at long and short terms projects and successfully completed business analyst strategies in projects.
- Client facing business analyst are preferred to manage Govt and non govt projects."
- Communicate with clients to elicit, document, and guide requirements and project workflows
- Create use cases and/or report specifications for approval by clients and the Development team
- Effectively communicate with Management and project teams across the organization
- Gather specifications from clients and third party vendors
- Assist and mentor teammates to provide leadership and evangelize best practices
- Responsible for ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls are adhered to
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Motivated by providing excellent Customer Service
