About the Internship:
The candidate will undertake Business and Financial research & analysis of potential start-up companies and draw up a investment case, and communicate the analysis results /insights to the leadership team.
Key responsibilities:
1. Undertake analysis of the applicant companies seeking fund raise, as per the framework and process set out.
2. Carry out research about the Industry, market, product and the company and its competitive landscape to perform the required analysis.
3. Understand and analyze Valuations.
4. Facilitate/ Participate/ Hold meetings with applicant companies and department meetings, partners, investment committee in respect of the analysis being undertaken.
5. Actively develop self-knowledge as well as help build up the knowledge capability of the organization.
6. Build network in VC /Start-up forums and attend webinars/ conferences/ events to help develop pipeline and enhance knowledge capability.
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Noida and neighboring cities
2. Ability to understand company business and financials and the trends in industry domains, geographies, markets.
3. Ability to understand technology and its deployment use cases.
4. Should be well versed with financial concepts, Business & Financial analysis techniques and Valuations models.
5. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PPT, and working on SaaS systems.
6. Should have good English communication both written and verbal.
7. Prior relevant experience preferred - 0-1 year.
