Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities

Work closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, tracking and improving decision strategies

Collaborate with one or more testing teams

Deal with complex and highly variable issues

Analyze trends at an organizational level to improve processes

Exhibit in-depth understanding of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of these elements in other areas

Perform other duties and functions as assigned
