Full Job Description
The Retail Real Estate Data and Reporting Associate will be responsible for performing various data analysis, collecting and defining key metrics, identifying and addressing any data quality, system, and process issues, and designing and building insightful reports by working with business stakeholders. This role will be highly visible within Retail Real Estate team and requires working well with various stakeholders.
Job responsibilities:
This role will develop a reporting inventory and analyze each report to determine relevance and improvement areas.
Perform detailed data analysis and identify data quality and integrity issues. Work with various internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and work toward to further improving data quality
Own data and reporting distribution and automate report creation and distribution wherever possible
Perform ad-hoc data analysis and create reports as needed
Help assess various reporting tools currently in use or available for use and recommend appropriate reporting tools for various reporting needs
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Knowledge of JP Morgan Global Real Estate structure and understanding
College/master's degree or equivalent work experience
Proficiency with various data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, and PowerBI)
Proficiency in information management
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
Application and system administration experience with focus on governance and control including strong ability to record of process and operational improvements is a plus

Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Highly organized; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and apply judgment to prioritize
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to proactively manage priorities and issues
Strong project management skills
