Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Analyze and document client requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our solutions and services.
- Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and validate proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with the development team to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Write detailed proposals, including project scope, timelines, and cost estimates.
- Prepare and respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs) from potential clients.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) to guide the development team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the sales strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of at least 4 years as a Business Analyst in the IT software services industry.
- Strong knowledge of requirement gathering techniques and tools.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to create wireframes and prototypes using industry-standard tools.
- Experience in writing proposals, RFP responses, BRDs, and SRS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
