Profile - Business Analyst / Financial Analyst
Location- Gurugram
CTC upto 10 lpa
The FP&A Sr. executive/Team lead/Assistant Manager will be responsible for timely completion of activities as part of the FP&A/Reporting function, which would include business unit, country, region and global financial reporting; support FP&A manager on financial planning process for forecasts and budgets; period-end close & reporting; ensuring accuracy and speed of financial reporting; help setting up actionable financial reporting for Business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
· Responsible to meet the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting requirements that will support internal business analysis and business decisions.
· Work with the FP&A Manager in meeting management reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy of reports and alignment between BU level, country level, region level and global financial reports.
· Work with the FP&A Manager to present actionable financial information to business leaders
· Implement best practices in the FP&A/Reporting function, documenting policies and procedures for the process
· Implement strategies to bring more automation and cost savings to FP&A/Reporting processes directly under purview
Required skills and experience:
· 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or MIS or Management reporting, preferably in a corporate Finance setting.
· BPO industry experience would be a plus.
· Bachelor’s in finance is preferred
· Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
· Strong financial modelling skills, along with understanding of financial reporting
· Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to perform in high pressure situations
· High proficiency in MS Excel and experience in working with a large ERP/Financial System
· Experience of working on BI tools like Power BI, Cognos/Planning Analytics is preferred
Ability to effectively interact with and present ideas to people across different functions
