Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, as well as supporting solution design through effective collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
Prepare clear and concise documentation such as BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
Create wireframes, mockups, and basic UI flows to support requirement visualization
Conduct requirement analysis and gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities
Participate in stakeholder meetings, requirement walkthroughs, and UAT support
Ensure timely delivery of documentation and requirement clarity throughout the project lifecycle
Required Skills:
Strong experience in documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories)
Proficiency in requirement gathering and analysis
Hands-on experience in wireframing and creating mockups
Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
