Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst with 2- 4 yrs of experience in converting leads, making proposals, online bidding, and managing clients and projects.
We are not looking for freshers, the candidate must have 2 Years of Experience
Responsibilities
Work with clients to understand requirements
Work with Upwork, Freelancer, and PPH platform
Research, create, and present plans, analysis & technical reports to executive team members by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
Actively seek out new Sales Opportunities.
Experience generating leads through Freelancer, Upwork, Linkedin Sales Navigator and similar portals.
Building out and maintaining a strong pipeline of leads and potential new business.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities
Participate in and/or lead formal and informal reviews with key partners, applying knowledge and experience while providing technical perspective and support.
Communicate new details of new solutions and their impact on business processes to customers' business and IT personnel.
Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Key Skills/ Requirements
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
A track record of following through on commitments.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in business analyst or a related field
Customer-facing experience ability to communicate using various methods (presentations, demos, and so on)
Experience with Advanced Planning Systems would be an advantage
Good Technical understanding and usage of SQL / C# / Java tools would be an advantage.
