We are looking for an IT -Business Analyst with 1.5 - 4 yrs. of experience in converting leads, making proposals, online bidding, and managing clients and projects.
Your Responsibilities will include:
• Work with clients to understand requirements.
• Work with Upwork, Freelancer, and PPH platform.
• Research, create, and present plans, analysis & technical reports to executive team members by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Actively seek out new Sales Opportunities.
• Experience generating leads through Freelancer, Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar portals.
• Building out and maintaining a strong pipeline of leads and potential new business.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities.
• Participate in and/or lead formal and informal reviews with key partners, applying knowledge and experience while providing technical perspective and support.
• Communicate new details of new solutions and their impact on business processes to customers' business and IT personnel.
• Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
The Profile
Skills Required:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• We are not looking for freshers, the candidate must have 1.5 Years of Experience.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• A track record of following through on commitments.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• A minimum of 1.5 years of experience as a business analyst or a related field.
• Customer-facing experience and ability to communicate using various methods (presentations, demos, and so on).
• Knowledge of online bidding Upwork, Freelancer, and PPH platform.
• Generated leads.
