Job Description
Oracle HCM OTBI developer would be responsible for understanding the requirements from the BA / Business users and develop reports on Oracle HCM Cloud for all the modules. • Should have strong technical knowledge in developing Oracle Fusion OTBI & BIP Reports. • Should have minimum functional knowledge in the below Fusion Modules. § Oracle Core HR § Oracle Learning § Oracle Recruiting § Compensation § Absence Management § Oracle Talent Management.
Qualifications
Strong technical skills to develop OTBI & BIP Reports in the above modules.
Should have knowledge of Fusion OTBI security. Should have knowledge of creating Dash Boards in OTBI. Should be able to schedule the BIP reports using delivery options like FTP or Email.
Ability to work independently with Business Analyst. Ability to create test data in the fusion modules required for unit testing. Should have knowledge to create the technical design document and UTP for unit testing.
Should participate in Report design meetings with Analyst and provide best technical solutions.
Should be serve as the go-to subject matter OTBI & BIP reporting & Security expert for the Oracle HCM Modules.
Knowledge of DevOps for updating the support tickets. Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentations) and inter-personal skills.
5-8 yrs experience is required.
Graduate with Engineering and IT specialization.
