Key Requirements:
- Robust experience as a Business Analyst in the Life Insurance domain (mandatory)
- Good understanding of policy lifecycle, underwriting, claims, and distribution
- Experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD preparation, and stakeholder management
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Exposure to tools like SQL, Excel, or any BA tools is an added advantage
