Job Summary
One of our clients is currently in search of multiple Business Analyst for different sectors like healthcare, IT, banking, energy and finance who is responsible for Integrating Information Management, providing support services, business and systems analysis and application service management. Strong stakeholder engagement skills and equally comfortable operating from within both the technology & business environments.
About the Role:
Technical Business Analyst will be required to perform and/or have responsibility for duties including, but not limited to:
Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
Responsible for data and analytics services, organisational performance analysis, data and information governance, knowledge management, load planning and forecasting, performance reporting, privacy and right to information, business intelligence, data lake and data-warehousing services and support.
Assist in mapping existing data flows and designing target state solutions
Support testing and validation of data outputs to ensure they meet business expectations.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure functional specifications translate into app features that align with both business needs and user expectations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying business inefficiencies and developing innovative solutions to enhance business processes.
Skills and Knowledge required:
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a technical business analyst working on large scale data or digital transformation programs.
Strong SQL skills for data extraction and validation & experience with D365 are highly desirable
Strong understanding of Active Directory and core infrastructure domains including networks, storage, servers, hosting, and/ or data centres.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
Proficient in Power BI, with the ability to create interactive dashboards and analytical reports.
Have sufficient knowledge of providing vendor natural ICT solutions.
