Responsibilities As a MIS Business Analyst, you will be part of a team responsible for, but not limited to, the following The Data Analytics Reporting Team (DART) MIS Evergreen Process is a collaborative effort between the MIS and business operations teams to validate that appropriate documentation and business approvals exist for reports. Internal MIS Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) also need to be reviewed to confirm that they adequately reflect the current MIS processes. Job Responsibilities • Review and confirm all items have required documentation • Confirm that reports and internal department procedures are performing as business expected/documented • Determine if reports and internal department procedures should remain active or need to be decommissioned • Confirm all documentation receives proper approval from Business Operations Management Required Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities • Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent experience. • Required to have a basic understanding of SQL, and interpreting in a way that is easily understood by the report end user • Strong ability to research and define criteria, to oversee/prepare documents as part of business review and controls • Candidate must be flexible and willing to learn new skills and responsibilities • Should be proactive, should follow through and should possess a collaborative attitude • Acute attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data and assists with problem resolution • Effective verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities • Strong business acumen and analytical thinking • High level of personal commitment to each task - "can do "attitude and a operate to deliver. • High level of responsibility and ownership from inception to completion.
