We are inviting applications for the role of BA, MIS & Reporting
In this role, you will be leading a team of Analysts’ and Modelers into Supply Chain Management / Logistics.
Responsibilities
• Bowler’s matric set up and monitoring-setting up critical metric apart from CPI and KPI and its reporting on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Gemba walk: Process walkthrough periodically and highlighting improvement opportunities.
• Problem solving report, doing RCA for corrective action preventive actions for process failures.
• Hackathon – Ideation workshops to identify and improve processes along with QPA or quick process automation ideas.
• Maintain Expected Service Level (ESL) against SLA metrics.
• Present team performance during Monthly Business Review.
• Manage to complete Month End Closing as per defined calendar independently.
• Responsible for proper training and cross skilling of team members.
• Ensure POT is above business acceptance level.
• Management and development of team including work delegation and prioritization.
• Establishing norms and standards of team performance.
• Collaborating with all relevant stakeholders to enhance productivity, identify opportunities of process standardization and driving better analytics and insight generation.
• The Supervisor will stay up to date with developments in the industry and will understand US Steel strategic priorities and identify scope for value generation..
Minimum Qualification
• Education: B.Com or M.Com preferably with master’s in business administration.
• ERP Experience: Oracle R12
• Skill Requirement: MS office skill (MS Excel).
• Strong communication (Written and verbal).
• Hands on experience in RTR and P2P along with month-end closing exposure.
Preferred Qualification
• Lean and GB certified (Project management certification is also preferable).
