Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, MS
In this role, you would be part of the data integrity/analysis team in the capital markets domain. This team serves as an interface between the end-user of data and reporting platform. It involves data analytics as well as data maintenance.
Responsibilities
• Provide support for internal ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests and various internal process improvement initiatives
• Ability to work independently, multi-tasking, and understanding priorities of requests and projects in a dynamic environment
• Provide insights on customized weekly and monthly reports
• Manage Sequence workflow ticketing system
• Independently manage QA reports with existing tools and works with the team to ensure all reporting issues and defects are addressed before delivery of reports
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualification
• Relevant work experience in data analysis and/or client reporting is required
• Demonstrated experience working with SAP BOXI (WEBI)
• Must be proficient in Excel with the ability to import and manipulate data from various data sources, aggregate data by using pivot tables, v-lookup, charts, and graphs
• Knowledge of reporting tools and web analytics tools such as Tableau and Adobe Analytics is a plus
• Working knowledge of SQL and VBA is an added advantage
• Good analytical skills combined with the ability to communicate with management
• Good organization and time management skills are required
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload in a dynamically changing environment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Must be proactive and detail-oriented
• Willing to work in night shifts
Preferred Qualification
Previous experience in research/sales data with communicating data-driven analysis to various departments
