BimaPay is a fintech company which is a part of the Mufin Group, BimaPay is an entity into various aspects of Lending that can be plugged in the Insurance Industry. Our group consists of 4 NBFC licenses from RBI and we deal into various segments of Finance and lending.
The entire group has more than 200 employees and we sit out of Pitampura, Delhi.
The current role is for BimaPay.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst located in New Delhi. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance business operations. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and ensure successful project delivery. The Business Analyst will be directly working with the Founder and CEO of the company.
Qualifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in business process analysis and improvement
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Experience with project management methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Experience with Agile methodology is a plus
• Experience into Digital Lending or Banking is a plus
• Experience or educational background into Insurance is a plus
