Roles and Responsibilities:
• Accountable for the accurate collection and documentation of business requirements from Financial and Corporate processes stakeholders to develop SAP system solutions using S4/Hana. This includes creating designs, requirements, solution definitions, test scripts, defect identification and resolution, and training plans.
• Develop and mentor associates to create a collaborative team environment within the functional area/business unit and IBS, emphasizing diversity, teamwork, quality, customer satisfaction, creativity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Directly participate in daily support activities of the SAP (S4/Hana) IT team and play a key role in systems solutioning and development related to financial processes.
• Interact with business stakeholders and various IT process team members to ensure that specified business needs are met; assist in post-implementation analysis to ensure requirements fulfillment.
• Collaborate closely with a dynamic team of process and technical professionals to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with business subject area management and IT senior management.
• Write clear and comprehensive functional specifications for the development team.
• Become completely familiar with existing designs and enhancements.
• Understand and influence data and interfaces between SAP and external systems.
• Ensure coverage, execution, and remediation of test activities (e.g., unit, integration, user acceptance).
• Support the deployment of production systems and provide post-production support.
• Analyze change requests and determine appropriate solutions.
• Update configurations as needed and collaborate with developers to modify programs, ensuring adequate end-user testing and acceptance of all system changes.
Skills Required:
• SAP Application configuration and implementation skills required.
• 6+ years of SAP FI/CO experience.
• 2 or more full life-cycle implementations of SAP (at least 1 in S4 Hana), including requirements gathering, blueprinting, functional testing, and SAP configuration.
• 5 or more years of experience in a production support environment.
• Requires working knowledge of business operations and accounting, as well as broad systems solution development.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques in a highly complex environment using leading-edge technology.
• Strong presentation skills; ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and establishes understanding for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to establish solid relationships with vendors in support of initiatives; ability to negotiate and manage outside vendors and strategic partners against deliverables.
• Demonstrated knowledge of S/4HANA FI/CO configuration.
• Demonstrated knowledge of S/4HANA Finance integration with external systems.
• Good business planning, analytical, and conceptual skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
