This full-time business analyst role is designed for a highly motivated individual eager to gain valuable experience in the exciting world of business analysis. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, diving deep into user needs, market trends, and competitor analysis. Your sharp mind and fresh perspective will be instrumental in generating innovative ideas that will shape the future of our products.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct user research and analyse market data to identify customer needs and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to understand business requirements.
• Develop and maintain business process documentation.
• Assist with the creation of user stories and product specifications.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative problem-solving.
• Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
Qualifications:
• You are a fresh graduate from a bachelor's degree program at a top-tier university focusing on business, technology, or a related field (e.g., economics, data science).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A passion for innovation and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.
Bonus Points:
• Experience with user research methodologies (e.g., surveys, interviews).
• Knowledge of business analysis frameworks (e.g., BPMN).
