About the team
We are client centric testing services team that aims at reducing manual testing effort and cycle time by automating your client business scenarios against using client dataset. With simplified process along with customized approach of automation, we support faster application upgrade to latest release with confidence and without capital or headcount cost.
What you will be doing
This position is for supporting client UAT business process using regression automation. You will be responsible for understanding, analyzing and solutioning client business process into test approach that can be automated and supported for each release supporting one or more clients ensuring reduced defect leakage to customers.
What you bring:
Knowledge / Experience
• Min 5-6 years of experience on Asset finance / banking / leasing as business analyst.
• Strong understanding on client business scenarios converting them to test scenarios
• Create collaborative approach with clients supporting UAT cycles using automated testing
• Triage client defects and ensure coverage on regression cycle
• Review application enhancements and impacts with clients and stakeholders
• Defects identified are analyzed, debugged and reported to development team along with RCA
• Close interaction with QA team to achieve sprint goals and ensure sprint velocity to be high
• Ownership on client deliverables along with interactions to multiple stakeholders
• Generalise process across clients that ensures re-usability of the automation approach
• Standardize reporting format to internal stakeholders and clients ensuring maximum visibility
Skills
• Scrum master certification
• Good communication skill.
• Knowledge on retail and wholesale banking
• Practical experience in Asset Management and accounting
• SQL knowledge is added advantage
Qualifications
• Degree or equivalent.
Competencies
• Ability to discuss process issues, concerns with onshore counterparts and get it resolved.
• Organized approach: Manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements
• Self-starter: Work autonomously and as part of a global team
