Role Description:
The main requirement for this individual is to be part of the Business Analyst team at SSgA, primarily focusing on Project work in User Access Provisioning pace.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Gathering business requirements via interaction with end users and other teams
Analyzing requirements and breaking them down into actionable functional specifications to be used by Development teams
Converting business requirements into test cases
Coordination across technical teams and oversee the development process
Conducting IT testing and user testing activities
Project planning and communication to the stakeholders
Bug fix verification and validation.
Working closely with QA team to ensure their test cases / regression suite are updated
Expertise:
Functional knowledge of Identity and Access Management tools and systems.
Execution of complex software development projects involving external product vendor teams and diverse technical teams
Experience on Access Management, Single Sign-On (SSO) and Authentication & Authorization technologies.
Exposure to Provisioning, Reconciliation, Access and Approval Policies.
Exposure on SailPoint Identity IQ and troubleshooting skills if there are any issues in the system.
Analysing the existing data and generate reports related to identities, applications as per the business needs.
Experienced in creation of mockup’s, templates and ready to document the procedures based on requirements
Desirable:
Exposure on working on Audit requests should have knowledge and understanding of Corporate Information Security Standards and Controls.
Technically strong on Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Windows Share permissions (NTFS / NAS), LDAP architecture.
Excellent knowledge on access provisioning activities on Unix / Sybase / MSSQL / Oracle platforms.
Knowledge on Certifications & Life Cycle events triggered in IAM systems.
Excellent knowledge on provisioning / de-provisioning of elevated and privileged access
Person Specification
Essential:
A minimum of Degree level qualification in a computer or IT related subject is required, plus relevant experience or training in many of the main duties specified in the Job Specification.
Demonstrable knowledge and expertise of, and exposure to, the majority of the primary development technologies listed in the Job Specification.
Good Knowledge & Experience of User access Management Lifecycle.
Excellent communications skills to be heard and understood at the Business/Executive level. Superior written communication skills
Prowess to speak and discuss requirements and their solutions with all stakeholders
Willingness to travel as per business needs (short term)
General Intelligence
Must be resourceful and able to work on their own initiative but know when to report problems, seek advice or further information.
