Business Analyst Senior (Retail and Digital Channel Banking Experience)
Location : Chennai and Bangalore

About the team:
D1 Channel product is a retail banking product suite that supports various retail banking digital channel solution. As a BA, we coordinate with the client and onshore team in extracting the requirement in the form of user stories and ensure it is developed correctly and delivered to the client with a good quality.
What you will be doing:
• Story grooming
• Gap/Requirement analysis
• API mapping or interface specification analysis
• Query handling
• Product configuration
• Defect Triage
• Coordination with client and onshore team
• Product demos
• Project meetings
What you bring:
• Overall experience of 7-10 years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience in BA in banking software industry.
• Experience into Retail and Digital Channel Banking
(Internet / Mobile Banking, Online account opening applications)
Teller, Domain is mandatory
• Experience in JIRA, Confluence
• Experience in product configuration.
• Critical Thinking
