Business Analyst-Service Now

Job DescriptionSkills & Experience:• Proven track record and strong experience as a Business or Data Analyst in Agile environments• Strong understanding of data models, data integration and database design concepts• Experience of working on ServiceNow workflow solutions and awareness of ServiceNow workflow features is essential.• Strong knowledge of Markets and Securities Services Middle and Back Office including Fund Services, and Cash Securities; operations as a function, asset classes, products, industry wide systems and processes.• Experience of being involved in and managed successful delivery of large and complex operational change from initiation to deployment.• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and best practices.• Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience in influencing a senior set of sponsors and stakeholders.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate discussions and negotiate mutually agreeable outcomes.• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and ability to connect data capabilities with business goals• Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio) and Agile project management tools.• Good understanding of operational risk frameworks, including non-financial risk.• Experience in leveraging available and emerging best in class technologies to benefit the wider change agenda and tenacity to find solutions to complex problems.
