Roles & Responsibilities
• Would be responsible for executing project or task based roles assigned from time to time
• Should be able to write/review relevant docs at various stages of SDLC process
• Would be required to act in the capacity of in house domain expert for assigned asset class(s) within treasury domain
• Hands on responsibility of ensuring satisfactory execution of the project in timely manner
• Perform required level of stakeholder management across Internal & External stake holders
• Work with IT & Business partners to ensure timely & quality delivery
• Would be required to work closely with general and project specific technology partners
• Work as part of multi-disciplinary team, in accordance with defined quality standards to achieve common objectives
• Maintain high level of delivery quality standard
• Ensure compliance of project delivery to PMO, Audit and Governance teams
• Take ownership of run the bank function for the respective area of responsibility
Experience & Qualification
• Banking experience of 5-15 years with minimum experience of 3 years in treasury system implementation role as Domain expert/Business Analyst/Project Manager is a must
• Engineering/Management Graduates/CA from premier institutes
Required Skills
• Domain knowledge of Treasury products across Forex, Money Market, Fixed Income and Derivative asset classes. Understanding of at least one asset class is a must.
• In depth understanding of product, process, accounting, valuations and regulatory guidelines of at least one asset class is a must
• In depth understanding of financial markets business processes across Treasury front office, Market risk, Back office, Credit & Counterparty risk and Finance functions of the bank.
• Should have understanding of regulatory & trading systems used by treasury
• Implementation experience of treasury system like Calypso, Murex, Kondor, Finacle Treasury, TCS BaNCS, etc.
• Experience of leading/participating in end to end product implementation, system migration, version upgrade or system transformation project would be an advantage
• Should have sound understanding of SDLC models.
• Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills
• Should be a self-starter with problem solving mindset
