Primary Skills:

4+ years relevant business analysis experience preferably with a financial services firm.
• Experience of working with IT transformation projects for any investment banking service.
• Exposure towards trade/transaction reconciliation process is needed.
• Well versed with concepts around Trade Life cycle
• Experienced with building an end-to-end business process flow
• Domain knowledge on investment banking and reconciliation process is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think laterally to arrive at a solution.
• Must have an eye for detail and analyze/relate to the business problem in hand.
• Ability to develop & maintain good relationships with all business and systems stakeholders.
• Strong consultative approach.
• Enthusiast in solving business problems, market intelligence
• Basic knowledge of SQL and devhub tools
• Strong interpersonal, written and presentation skills – service orientation, collaboration, facilitation and negotiation skills, situational awareness and conflict resolution
