Job Description :Our client is looking for a Business Analyst(PROSCI,PRINCE2,Healthcare) remote role in Canada
Must Have Primary Skills :
Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response
Certification or diploma in Business Analysis. Proof of the certification or diploma shall be provided with the response
Valid Prosci Certification. Proof of the certification is requested with the response
10 years’ experience in a business analyst role supporting information system implementation projects and process mapping activities. Experience should include documenting customer requirements, developing workflow, and performing gap analysis between the current and future states. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years. At least 1 example must include the implementation of dictation and voice recognition solutions in a healthcare environment.
8 years’ experience working with clinical stakeholders to elicit healthcare systems requirements. Experience should include use
case and workflow development in addition to patient care journey mapping. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that should total at least 8 years. At least 1 example should be from a community health environment.
Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

Proven Experience In :
5 years’ experience as a business analysis team manager or a business analysis lead in a healthcare setting. Experience should include coaching team members and determining analysis deliverables and their content. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that should total at least 5 years.
3 years’ experience working with or implementing the Allscripts suite of products in a healthcare setting including patient registration and clinical documentation functionality. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that should total at least 3 years.
2 years’ experience analyzing and transforming healthcare services aimed at purchasing and maintaining clinical equipment. Experience should include developing roadmaps for the service transformation in addition to eliciting requirements about the technology. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that total at least 2 years.
3 years’ experience journey mapping end-to-end patient care workflows including determining various ICT solutions to support the patient’s journey and electronic clinical documentation involved in the patient’s care. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that total at least 3 years
