Business Analyst
What you will be doing:
Data Exploration : Works with data from Multiple sources to derive insights, identify underlying patterns and create forecasts based on previous data trends. Determine additional data needed to support advanced insights.
Data Analytics Requirements: Collaborates with data teams and business stakeholders to elicit, refine and demonstrate clear understanding of analytics requirements.
Partnering : Communicates recommendations to business partners and influence future plans based on insights.
Data Transformation and Storytelling: Models, interprets and transforms data including complex calculations which are accurate. Summarizes data analytics findings and guides readers through a data driven story.
What we are looking for:
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Experience of 3-5 yrs in database and analysis tools (SAS/Python).
Must have SAS certification.
Experience in quantitative or statistical modelling, data management, data transformation, data visualization.
Adaptable communications approach for varied business and technical audiences.
End to end ownership of key metrics, work with respective product owners to understand areas we need to measure.
Work cross functionally to define problem statements, collect data, build analytical models and make recommendations.
Identify and implement streamlined processes for data reporting, dash boarding and communication.
