Executive - MIS & Reporting Position
We are looking for a talented and experienced Executive - MIS & Reporting professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing daily MIS reporting, ensuring accurate and timely data analysis, collaborating with team members and stakeholders, and maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and security.

Qualifications and Experience:
For this position, we require a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, 2-3 years of experience in MIS and reporting, and knowledge of call center and WFM reporting. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and knowledge of Power BI (added advantage) are also necessary.
