Job Title- Business Architecture
Location- Pune - Magarpatta
Role Description
The Business Architecture ("BA") function within Private Banking was created in 2020 as a key interface between PB and our stakeholders across all other areas of Private Banking.
BA gets involved in many, usually new and complex topics which require a broad PB knowledge, very good relationships within PB and across all functions, as well as project management skills to analyze and execute respective topics. Many of the topics the team manages require an assessment followed by an improvement or implementation of processes, technology/systems, or a change to the organization.
The role of BA is global and can involve requests from any area of WM-PB. Most of the regular interactions are within WM or with our vendors, while the team also engages from time to time directly with clients or other external parties.

Your key responsibilities:
Work with Business stakeholders with a specific focus on Reg & Risk and Client Onboarding domain.
• Proactively monitor upcoming milestones and ensure appropriate actions are underway e.g. dependencies are managed, deliverables are in progress, benefit capture mechanisms are in place along with regular reporting to management
• Advise programme and project teams on the business analysis and strategy and map customer journeys with a global view
• Management of BAU KD (Key Deliverables) Practices and Reporting
• Creation of program related presentations and materials for the F2B Steer-Co, Sponsor Meetings, Tribe sessions
• Close collaboration with other parts of PB, IPB, and IPB WM Central as well as other relevant stakeholders.
Your skills & experience:
• Ability to effectively deliver results in environments or projects that are nonlinear, fast-paced, and often characterized by incomplete information and stakeholder disagreements
• Extensive working experience in managing cross divisional/multiple geographies projects/programs across the full project/programme lifecycle for Reg and Risk or client onboarding areas.
• Hands-on knowledge on project management system preferably Reg & Risk programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent knowledge and experience with Microsoft products (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably with a focus on Finance and/or Strategy
