FMS Group India is working hand-in-hand with number of brands/clients, in the areas of branding, acquisitions, client servicing & advertising in 6 cities providing sales and marketing solutions to over 10 Blue Chip and Fortune 500 clients. We have over 20 branches in India in 6 cities dealing with multiple clients in various sectors i.e. insurance, banking, telecom, entertainment, NGO and healthcare.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The candidates will be provided with an on-the-job-training for 10-12 months during which they'll be trained in all the aspects relating to management. This would be divided into the following levels:
- LEVEL 1: Business Development & Client Acquisition
- LEVEL 2: HR Trainer or Team Building
- LEVEL 3: Team Leader (Team Management & Leadership)
- LEVEL 4: Assistant Manager
- LEVEL 5: Branch Manager (Branch Management & client Handling)
