We provide a Graduate Program to give you exposure to all aspects of sales and operations, whilst ensuring you enjoy a rounded experience across a range of different communities that we serve. This year we’re excited to announce the expansion of our program, now offering two streams for graduates to select from - Agribusiness or Business Banking.
Our Business Banking Graduate Program 2026 proposition
Successful graduates will participate in rotations between all key divisions that support our clients’ finance requests. That means you will be working closely with our dedicated team of Relationship Managers and Lending Analysts and more.
If you are looking for a program where you can be yourself and be exposed to exciting and challenging experiences, then this is the program for you. Your skills will be developed and refined through both on the job coaching and mentoring as well as in self-directed learning environments.
The sky’s the limit: we will actively help you reach your potential through career pathways, skill development and providing you with unique project opportunities. You will form part of an established and constantly evolving program with a supportive graduate community. This program is a key part in our commitment to developing the next generation of leaders.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for talented and motivated graduates who have completed their degree within the last three years and share our ambition to support and enable customers to build vibrant businesses across Australia. In 2026 our Business Banking stream is offering places in either Bendigo, Geelong or Melbourne.
If you are energised by community engagement in all its forms and a self-starter who is motivated by challenges and new experiences, we might be the place for you. What to expect:
All eligible applications will receive a link to complete a Pymetrics Video Interview (please check your “Junk Items” if you don’t see this within 24 business hours of submitting your application).
We will assess your application and video interview and those who are short listed will receive request to complete a brief Q&A conversation with a member of the recruitment team.
Applicants who progress from this stage will be invited to attend a panel interview with stakeholders from the Business & Agribusiness leadership team and Graduate Program.
