Job Overview
The role of a Business Banking Client Manager is crucial in guiding our business clients towards achieving their financial aspirations. Engaging with clients daily to ensure their banking needs are met is at the heart of this position. With access to a comprehensive suite of products and solutions, you will support your clients in realizing their vision for success.
Building strong relationships rooted in trust is key. You will assess and respond to clients’ banking requirements, manage client and account information meticulously, educate them on our offerings, and recommend tailored financial solutions that align with their unique objectives. As the primary advisor for our business clients, your expertise in financial matters will foster long-term relationships.
Essential Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Five to seven years of pertinent experience
Preferred Qualifications
• Proven relationship management and business development skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Fundamental knowledge of credit administration and related policies
• Experience with cash flow management and commercial credit underwriting is preferred
• Understanding of basic financial accounting and analysis
• Broad knowledge of banking products and services to effectively identify sales opportunities
• Able to collaborate effectively with colleagues across the company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated business acumen with knowledge of various industries and financial concepts
