Roles And Responsibilities
Responsible for Achieving the Business Objectives of the Retail
Liabilities Sales Team for the Branch and meet the Value, Volume
and channel Productivity metrics
• Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of CA, X-Sell
and Third Party Products like Insurance
• Responsible For Sourcing High Value CA customers along with
entire Family Banking relationship
• Penetration of Business Banking products like CMS/POS/Beat
services to CA customer.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in CASA, POS or Assets.
• Background in order of preference Banking/ Financial Services
/FMCG / Tele Communication.
• Had managed & Sourced Business Banking customers
Candidates from the following work backgrounds can attend the interview drive
• Sales background-Paytm, Google Pay, etc who are selling EDC-Swipe or POS machines.
• Currently dealing with CASA acquisition, WC (Working Capital ) Commercial Loan or Business Loan i.e. LAP (Loan Against Property) SMEs loan disbursement (No Personal Loan & Home Loan disbursement).
• Candidates from a banking background, currently into the profile of sourcing current accounts from the open market.
• Source Current Accounts of small neighborhood shops like General store, mobile shop, Chemist etc.
