Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
Develop and managing a portfolio of key business banking customers and referral partners
Assess economic value and risk potential of new business
Educate customers about their business options and providing sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth
Proactively calling on networks of contacts to help identify new business and referral opportunities
Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in local market
Work with customers on their proposed annual business plans
Prepare and submit customer lending proposals with the support of our associate team
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
A hunger to find new opportunities with the goal of building long lasting relationships.
A genuine passion for customer service.
Excellent communication skills.
A curiosity to drive efficiencies and effectiveness across the team, business partners and overall value chain by modelling NAB’s values and behaviours
Experience in lending and sound ability to read and interpret all aspects of customer financials.
