What’s the role?
As a Business Banking Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our mission to make Australian businesses stronger. You'll build and nurture lasting relationships with our business customers, acting as their trusted advisor. You'll work closely with Senior Business Banking Managers to manage a portfolio of medium enterprises (SMEs), providing direct client support. This full-time role is based in Ballina, NSW, with hybrid working available.
What do I need?
A knack for building strong, lasting relationships with business customers.
Experience in Business Banking or a desire to step up into the role.
An expert understanding of SME needs, challenges, and opportunities.
Strong ability to evaluate creditworthiness with a keen eye for risk.
Excellent skills in preparing high-quality sales proposals and submissions.
