In the role of Business Banking Manager, you will join the Business Banking team that’s doubling down on customer obsession/moving with speed/keeping it simple/owning it/winning together.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
Personally develop and manage a portfolio of key customers.
Identify new business and establish, develop and utilise networks of internal and external contacts to aid achievement of income targets.
Assess economic value and risk potential of new business.
Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio.
Sales - Implement specific local competitive and aggressive sales/ income campaigns and initiatives. & sell and promote tailored Bank products and services within Bank parameter
Strong prior demonstrated experience within business banking and/or credit assessment.

Comprehensive understanding of business and commercial practices with significant emphasis on sales, lending, credit assessment and control experience.
Proven track record of quickly establishing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally.
A commitment to strong risk culture, conduct and compliance risk.
A strong passion for customer service and driving customer advocacy
An agile mindset and adaptive leadership skills
