As a Business Banking Manager, you’ll be in a customer-facing role that blends sales and service. Your days will be varied from building strong relationships and networking, to writing deals and supporting your customers’ evolving needs. It’s a role where your impact matters, every single day.
What do I need?
Proven experience in banking, with strong knowledge of lending practices
Prior experience in Business Banking is highly regarded
Sound understanding of credit risk assessment and compliance requirements
Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations
Strong interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional relationship management style
Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with confidence and energy
