In the role of Business Banking Manager, North Shore, you will join a high-performing team of Business Bankers who are driving real impact for customers—focused, empowered, and committed to keeping things simple. Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
Educate customers about their business options, providing sound advice on growth opportunities and risk.
Assess the economic value and risk potential of new business.
Identify new referral opportunities.
Prepare and submit customer lending proposals.
Ensure our customers feel supported and valued.
Manage day to day compliance requirements.
We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
A hunger to find new opportunities with the goal of building long lasting relationships.
A genuine passion for customer service and extensive customer facing experience.
Strong financial acumen.
A commitment to strong risk culture, conduct and compliance risk.
Excellent communication skills.
A curiosity to drive efficiencies and effectiveness across the team, business partners and overall value chain by modelling NAB’s values and behaviours.
Experience in lending and sound ability to read and interpret all aspects of customer financials.
Business Banking experience preferred.
