Job Overview
This role focuses on acquiring, expanding, and retaining clients in the Payment business, which includes Merchant, Treasury Management, and Card products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with both existing and prospective clients to provide expert advice on cash conversion cycles, working capital management, and internal processes to enhance Payment business.
• Collaborate with Business Banking Relationship Managers to manage and service client accounts effectively to foster growth.
• Analyze receivables and payables business operations for identified client relationships.
• Deliver consultative feedback and actionable insights to clients, helping them improve their financial processes.
• Recommend products and services that enhance efficiency and optimize business workflows for clients.
• Utilize available technologies and resources to elevate the client experience and ensure accurate, operational excellence.
• Achieve or surpass assigned sales targets and retention goals.
• Assist in developing new or revised Payment services and oversee their successful implementation.
• Build community relationships to engage with local organizations effectively.
• Identify new business opportunities and ways U.S. Bank can positively impact our communities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Five to seven years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills:
• Comprehensive knowledge and direct experience with Treasury Management and Payments solutions such as ACH, wires, fraud tools, remote deposit capture, and merchant services.
• Strong business development and sales acumen.
• Excellent client service and relationship management skills.
• Effective problem-solving and active listening skills.
• Familiarity with digital banking tools and platforms such as SinglePoint and Salesforce.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
Work Environment:
This position offers hybrid and flexible scheduling. Expectations include being in the office three or more days per week when not meeting clients.

The salary range for this position is $105,400.00 - $124,000.00, reflecting figures based on the primary location. Actual compensation will vary based on location and other factors.
