Business Banking Specialist
Business Banking Specialist is responsible for creating an ecosystem and driving the New to Bank Current Account Book of the bank for the assigned region/s under the guidance of Regional Portfolio Manager – Business Banking and CA HO product team. The KRA comprises of achievement of various business banking parameters like CA Values, Special Purpose Accounts, Customer Meeting, Business Banking Events, Training, Pool Creation of CAs, Lawyers, CS, IRPs, etc. for maximum value build up through Current Account for the bank.
• Financial Parameters
• Key Objective is to build NTB CA Book Value.
• CA Value Achievement. CA Number Achievement (Special Purpose Account)
• Non-Financial Parameters
• Meeting Unique Customers for Special Purpose Accounts
• Pool Creation of CAs, Lawyers, IRPs, CS, etc. by meeting them
• Arranging Business Banking Events for Lead Creation Provide/facilitate training for branches/ ROs-RMs regarding special purpose accounts, processes regulatory guidelines as per requirement in consultation with regional portfolio manager & CA HO Product Team
• Skills:

• Communication and Presentation skills Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry.
• Good understanding of business banking segment and products
• Prior work experience into sales role of business banking products
• Knowledge/Prior Experience of Assets/CMS/Escrow/RERA will be an added advantage
• Good in communication, presentation and people management
• Understanding of regulatory guidelines, banking processes, tech/digital enablers
• Ability to read and understand data and derive insights

• Ability to read consumer behavior and trends
