As a Business Capability Partner, you play a pivotal role in enabling and embedding both technical and behavioural capability across Customer Business teams through leading the design, delivery, and embedding of strategic capability initiatives. You’ll work across Customer Business, Transformation, Credit Risk, and Learning to ensure our people are equipped for new processes, technologies, and ways of working.

Your work will be grounded in data and aligned to business priorities driving performance uplift, improving process effectiveness, and supporting operational readiness for change. Through a capability lens, you’ll also influence and shape culture embedding behaviours, mindsets, and practices that support our ambition to be Customers’ 1st Choice and our purpose of Kiwi making Kiwi better off. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our teams are prepared, confident, and capable of thriving in a changing environment.

Ideally experienced in credit analysis with a Delegated Lending Authority

Proven track record in designing, delivering and embedding impactful business initiatives

Strong capability in on-the-job coaching underpinned by a solid understanding of adult learning principles

Confident relationship manager, known for building trust and positively influencing decisions

Demonstrated ability to interpret data and performance metrics to inform capability uplift
