Role/Job Title:Business & Value Realization Analyst

Job Purpose:
To support program with superior knowledge and reporting capability; be responsible for tracking the squads work through available effective tools for the success of the Optimus program. Job will also be required to prepare reports, MIS and presentation to Operations management committee.
Roles & Responsibilities:
'1) Understanding of Project Management Finance and Data analysis for successfully managing the project
2) Ensuring adoption of collaboration tools for program transparency and tracking
3) Timely reporting to OMs & squads for real-time data
4) Highlight and resolve program Risk to keep the program on track
5) Ensure program milestones are achieved in the given timelines to avoid misalignment
Secondary Responsibilities:
'1) Ensure Value Realization through Resource & Financial Metrics for meaningful program tracking
2) Good understanding of business and financial processes
3) Good understanding of the Squad capabilities and envisaging innovative solutions to drive value for Optimus
Key Success Metrics:Timely and proper tracking; design and implementation of appropriate metrics; risk tracking
