About the Role
As Business Consultant, you shape strong foundations that keep clinical programs running well. You partner with leaders to build workforce capability, guide reform and lift service quality across a complex health setting.
Lead medical workforce recruit and retain
Advise leaders on business reform and workforce growth
Manage HR, risk, policy and admin frameworks
Drive info quality, reporting and service improvement
About You
You are a confident people leader who thrives in change and delivers trusted outcomes.
No mandatory qualifications required
Demonstrated leadership and people management capability
Experience applying legislation, policy and change initiatives
Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
Skilled in workforce planning, risk, quality and digital systems
