1. Analytical Skills: ability to analyze data, create financial models and evaluate business plans
2. Consulting Skills: ability to identify and solve complex business problems, and develop innovative solutions
3. Management Consulting Skills: ability to manage projects and apply consulting frameworks to drive results
4. Communication: excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels
5. Finance Skills: ability to analyze financial statements and develop business cases
6. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, or related field Experience in consulting and/or finance Strong work ethic and ability to work in a dynamic team environment
• Certifications such as CFA, CPA or PMP are a plus not mandatory
