We are currently seeking a Business Coordinator Intern for a 3-month role with the potential for extension based on performance based in India.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Coordination:
• Assist in onboarding new vendors by coordinating meetings, collecting documentation, and facilitating communication.
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors and address any inquiries or concerns.
Documentation Management:
• Organize and maintain all vendor-related documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Proofread contracts, agreements, and other business documents for clarity and compliance.
Negotiation Support:
• Assist in negotiations with potential vendors, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Prepare and present data to support negotiation strategies.
E-commerce Registration:
• Help get the company registered on various e-commerce platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather required information and complete registration processes.
Project Coordination:
• Support ongoing business projects by coordinating schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Facilitate communication between departments to streamline workflows.
