Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new clients requiring recruitment services across various industries.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Deal Closing: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close recruitment project deals.
• Revenue Generation: Earn commission based on the revenue from successful candidate placements.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to meet business development goals.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of business development experience, ideally in recruitment or staffing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales strategies.

Compensation:
• Commission-only (No fixed salary): Earn based on the revenue generated from closed deals.
• Flexible, remote work with unlimited earning potential.
