Job Description
This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market, negotiation skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leasing:
• Identify and engage potential clients for commercial properties, including office spaces, retail spaces, industrial properties, etc.
• Conduct property tours, present property features and benefits, and negotiate lease terms or contracts.
• Build and maintain a strong network of contacts in the industry to generate leads and referrals.
• Meeting the projections/targets that are set by the management.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and rental rates in the local and regional commercial real estate market.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, market demand, and competitive positioning.
• Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on market research findings.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, tenants, and other key stakeholders.
• Understand clients' requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their commercial real estate needs.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and negotiate terms to ensure client satisfaction.
• Marketing and Promotion:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote commercial properties for lease.
• Utilize various marketing channels, both online and offline, to maximize property exposure and attract potential clients.
• Documentation and Contract Management:
• Prepare and review legal documents, such as lease agreements, purchase agreements, and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry regulations during the leasing.
• Coordinate with legal and administrative teams to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and customer service.
• Provide support and guidance to team members, as needed, to achieve leasing targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in real estate sales and commercial leasing, with a strong track record of successful transactions.
• In-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate market, including property types, local market dynamics, and leasing procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong analytical and research abilities, with proficiency in market analysis tools and data sources.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using real estate software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and MS Office Suite.
• Valid real estate license (where applicable) or willingness to obtain one
