Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships; understand and meet client needs.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets; prepare and deliver proposals.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitors; report on sales performance.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing and event planning teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful event execution.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in business development or sales, preferably in event management only.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
