Key performance indicators of this role are:
Achievement and exceeding of revenue target
Plan and carry out direct sales activities,
These are technology sales and the incumbent will be expected to have technical knowledge and account management skills.
Develop new accounts through various sales methodologies
Knowledge to handle Account mapping/ PPT/and other tools related to sales are most important
Job responsibilities
Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department
Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
Present and sell IT software development services using solid and effective negotiations to existing and prospective clients
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, emails, and direct visits to customers places by appointments and through various online market places.
Analyse the IT Territory/market’s potential, track software sales and status reports.
Negotiating with clients to gain the most attractive price on deals
QUALIFICATION & Experience /skill set:
· Degree in MBA /Engineering.
· Minimum 2 years sales experience is desirable. Preferable IT/software sales experience.
· Strong in communication
· Neat, well-groomed appearance
